Great place to stay in the Springs. it's become our go-to. The staff is super helpful, the rooms are great, breakfast is included (albeit a bit cookie cutter) and you cannot beat the location. Danielle at the front desk is a super star. she goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable and makes you feel right at home!
We had a great stay at this Hyatt Place. The rooms felt clean and new, even had a nice mountain view from our window. Location was convenient to a lot of things. The parking was not ideal, paying $32 for valet or having to go out and pay for street parking. Overall, our stay was excellent and we would come back if in Colorado Springs again.
Convenient downtown location, clean, comfortable. Family of 4 had 2 beds plus sofa bed. Small but clean pool with hot tub. Good selection for breakfast including hot foods and coffee. Parked in the garage across the street.
The hotel is super clean. Security is good. Breakfast is typical. My bed was wore out though.
Pro Rooms were perfect. Place is locked down for safety. Breakfast Con Parking is all valet and if you don’t want to pay 32 dollars your only option is the bus garage or meters. Lobby second level.
Nice, clean, newer hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. Parking is rough, but it’s downtown. Know that the valet team is the true gem at this hotel! They were so efficient and friendly- every single one of them. Across our 4 days they always had our car ready to go when we needed it and were so friendly. Hotel staff were also friendly and helpful, but the valet team was on it! Big kudos to them!
Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Excellent rooms. We loved it here. I would suggest using spot hero to find less expensive parking right blocks down. We loved being able to walk all over. Ice skating rink across the street. Mediterranean Cafe was excellent and you can walk there. Everything was great here. The fitness center, hot tub and pool are nice too.
This was a very nice, clean, friendly, and affordable hotel!!!! The only things I would recommend to them is to provide information about parking options, we parked in the garage across the street for $10. You can bus to about anywhere from this garage, you can pay for valet parking, or street parking if available. Also, they really need curtains because there was quite a lot of light coming through during the night, and the breakfast was kinda lacking compared to even cheaper hotels. Definitely get some muffins and a waffle maker. Otherwise, great stay and we will be back.
